1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching, communication training, English coaching, leadership development, Soft Power Communication™ programmes, workshops, and consulting services provided by The Talk2 Group Co. Ltd. (“The Talk2 Group”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By booking and/or purchasing services, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Coaching Packages & Validity Periods

To encourage continuity, momentum, and measurable development, coaching packages must be used within the designated validity period.

  • Validity begins from the date of the first paid session or programme commencement date.

  • Unused sessions expire automatically after the validity period.

  • Expired sessions are non-refundable and cannot normally be transferred or extended.

  • Extensions may occasionally be granted at The Talk2 Group’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.

 

3. Session Booking & Scheduling

  • Sessions are by advance reservation only.

  • Clients are responsible for booking sessions within their package validity period.

  • Session availability is offered on a first-booked basis.

  • Preferred times cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods.

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Rule

  • Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

  • The session will be deducted from the coaching package.

  • This applies to online and in-person sessions.

No-Shows

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the full session being charged.

Late Arrivals

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

  • Late arrival by the client does not extend the session duration.

Emergencies

We understand unexpected situations occur. Genuine emergencies will always be considered reasonably and compassionately.

 

5. Payments

  • All coaching packages must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are non-refundable once a programme has commenced.

  • Bank transfer fees or international payment charges are the responsibility of the client.

 

6. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of coaching and communication training:

  • Refunds are not offered for partially completed packages.

  • Refunds are not available for expired unused sessions.

  • If The Talk2 Group must cancel a programme permanently, remaining unused sessions will either:

    • be refunded proportionally, or

    • rescheduled by mutual agreement.

 

7. Coaching Nature & Results

Soft Power Communication™ coaching is designed to support communication growth, confidence, cultural intelligence, and professional development.

However:

  • Results vary depending on participation, consistency, mindset, and practice.

  • The Talk2 Group cannot guarantee specific business, career, language, or personal outcomes.

  • Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

 

8. Confidentiality

All client discussions, materials, business topics, and personal information shared during sessions are treated confidentially.

We will never knowingly share confidential client information unless:

  • legally required to do so,

  • permission has been granted by the client, or

  • necessary for safety reasons.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All training materials, frameworks, methods, worksheets, presentation materials, and Soft Power Communication™ content remain the intellectual property of The Talk2 Group unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Materials may not be:

  • reproduced,

  • distributed,

  • recorded for commercial use,

  • copied into internal company training systems,
    without written permission.

 

10. Online Sessions

For online coaching:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.

  • The Talk2 Group is not responsible for technical issues outside our control.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled if severe technical problems occur.

 

11. Corporate Training

Corporate workshops and team training programmes may be subject to separate agreements including:

  • custom cancellation terms,

  • preparation fees,

  • travel expenses,

  • venue costs,

  • material licensing.

 

12. Respectful Communication

The Talk2 Group aims to create psychologically safe, respectful, and constructive communication environments.

Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in:

  • immediate termination of sessions,

  • cancellation of programmes,

  • refusal of future services,
    without refund.

 

13. Changes to Terms

The Talk2 Group reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will apply to future bookings and programmes.

These Terms apply to all dining experiences and hospitality services provided by 風 | Flossie & Fern (“we”, “us”, “our”).
本規約は、風 | Flossie & Fern(以下「当店」)が提供するすべての飲食体験およびホスピタリティサービスに適用されます。

By making a reservation or attending, you agree to the following.

1. Nature of Experience

Flossie & Fern operates as a small, hosted hospitality space offering seasonal set menus and private dining experiences.
当店は、季節のコース料理およびプライベートダイニングを提供する小規模なホスピタリティ空間です。

Due to limited seating, reservations are required.
席数が限られているため、完全予約制となっております。

 

2. Reservations
2. ご予約について

Reservations are confirmed upon written confirmation.
ご予約は、当店からの書面(メール等)による確認をもって確定します。

For certain events, prepayment or deposit may be required.
特別イベント等の場合、事前決済またはデポジットをお願いすることがあります。

 

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
3. キャンセルおよび無断キャンセル

 

3.1 Guest Cancellations

Cancellations 48 hours or more before: no charge
ご予約の48時間前まで:キャンセル料なし

Within 48 hours: up to 50% of menu price
48時間以内:コース料金の50%

Within 24 hours or no-show: 100% of menu price
24時間以内または無断キャンセル:コース料金の100%

These charges reflect ingredient preparation and limited seating.
これらは食材準備および席数制限に伴うものです。

 

3.2 By Flossie & Fern
3.2 当店による変更・中止

If we must cancel due to illness, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:
やむを得ない事情(体調不良、悪天候、不可抗力等)により中止となる場合、

A rescheduled date, or
日程変更

A full refund of prepaid amounts.
または全額返金

 

4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
4. アレルギー・食事制限について

Guests must inform us of allergies at the time of booking.
アレルギーや食事制限がある場合は、ご予約時に必ずお知らせください。

While we take care, our kitchen is not allergen-free.
細心の注意を払いますが、完全なアレルゲン除去環境ではありません。

Guests dine at their own discretion.
最終的なご判断はお客様ご自身の責任となります。

Maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere

We reserve the right to refuse service if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
安全または秩序を損なう行為がある場合、サービス提供をお断りすることがあります。

 

6. Property & Safety

Flossie & Fern operates within a private property setting.
当店は私有施設内で営業しております。

Guests agree to move carefully within the space.
店内では安全にご移動ください。

We are not liable for loss of personal belongings except where required by law.
法令に基づく場合を除き、私物の紛失について責任を負いません。

 

7. Photography
7. 写真撮影について

Guests may take photographs for personal use unless otherwise requested.
個人利用目的の撮影は可能です(特別な指示がない限り)。

Commercial photography requires written permission.
商業目的の撮影は事前許可が必要です。

 

8. Limitation of Liability
8. 免責事項

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
法令で認められる範囲内で、当店の責任はお支払いいただいた金額を上限とします。

We do not guarantee subjective satisfaction.
体験の主観的満足度について保証するものではありません。

 

9. Governing Law
9. 準拠法

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
